Our placement policy ensures fairness, professionalism, and equal opportunity
for LL.B. and B.A. LL.B. students across corporate, litigation, NGOs, and
government sectors.
Placement Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for placements through the CRTC, students must meet the following
criteria to ensure they are fully prepared for the professional world:
- ⦁ Maintain minimum attendance as per Bar Council norms.
- ⦁ Demonstrate satisfactory academic performance
throughout the course.
- ⦁ Successfully complete internships and moot court
activities as part of the curriculum.
- ⦁ Maintain a clean disciplinary record, with no
instances of misconduct.
Meeting these requirements ensures that students are not only eligible for
placements but also equipped to excel in their future careers.
Rules for Participation in
Campus Drives
Students are required to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a
professional and organized participation in campus recruitment drives:
- ⦁ Adherence to the formal advocates’
dress code
during
all interviews and interactions with recruiters.
- ⦁ Mandatory participation in all
pre-placement
training
sessions to be eligible for campus drives.
- ⦁ Complete registration for each
recruiter
participating in the placement process.
- ⦁ Strict adherence to punctuality and
discipline
during
all stages of the recruitment process.
- ⦁ Offers must be accepted or rejected
following the
official procedure outlined by the placement cell.
By following these rules, students ensure a smooth and professional
experience
during the campus placement process, aligning with industry expectations.
Code of Conduct for Students
Students are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct to maintain
professionalism and integrity during the placement process:
- ⦁ Exhibit ethical behavior during all interviews,
assessments, and professional interactions.
- ⦁ Communicate professionally with recruiters,
demonstrating respect and courtesy at all times.
- ⦁ Adhere to a zero-tolerance policy for dishonesty,
particularly in documentation and personal representations.
Maintaining these standards ensures a positive and respectful environment during
the placement process, reflecting the values of our institution.
Training & Pre-Placement Support
Our specialized law-focused training equips students with the essential skills
and knowledge to excel in the legal profession. The pre-placement support
includes:
- ⦁ CV building tailored for law careers, ensuring a
professional and impactful presentation.
- ⦁ Mock interviews and personal grooming sessions to
build confidence and improve interview performance.
- ⦁ Moot court practice to develop advocacy skills and
enhance courtroom presence.
- ⦁ Judgment writing exercises to hone legal writing and
analytical abilities.
- ⦁ Drafting and pleading sessions to strengthen legal
documentation skills.
- ⦁ Workshops on legal research and case study analysis,
providing students with the tools to approach complex legal issues.
- ⦁ Preparation for competitive exams, including JLO,
APO, and judiciary foundation support, to help students pursue diverse
career paths in law.
Policy for Multiple Offers
Students may sit for multiple drives based on academic merit
Once a final acceptance is made, participation in further drives may be
restricted
All offers must be formally reported to the placement cell
